Refund policy

We love hand-making every one of our products from start to finish, and while we hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoy creating them, we understand that customers may occasionally need to return or exchange items.

• Returns must be made within 30 days of the original order date. Any orders received after 30 days will be shipped back to you at your expense.

• To initiate a return, please email hello@fiatluxedesigns.com or call 707-544-8800 before returning any item(s).

• Item(s) must be returned in unused, original condition with tags neatly attached.

• We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item(s) is not in re-saleable condition.

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and Fiat Luxe does not accept responsibility for any lost or damaged packages.

• If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
